City Lights

























The City lights
oh, how i want to switch them off
See the wide sky
Climb that mountain
The city lights in me
blinding the moon
blinding my mind.

    he turns and moves, jiggles a little.
    looks outside, slows down for a minute.
    moves back in.
    Surprised as he contemplates.
    where to now?
    That, he looks upwards and talks to self, Oh so tempting.
    The insides hurt, Disowned?
    How do I move out of my inside?
